Leaders RPM and Indian Motorcycle of Kalamazoo are working on a program to bring in promising young service employees that we can train ourselves.

The training will consist of a combination of:

1. In-house teaching and hands-on experience with our employees, mostly the Lead Techs

2. Online coursework BRP, Polaris, Mercury etc.

3. OEM certifications.
