Service Department

Our Service Department truly values every single customer. We distinguish ourselves by providing service with integrity. We service what we sell and our technicians are factory trained and authorized. We honor warranty work and are equipped with the latest diagnostic tools for the brands we represent, and regularly service many other brands and products (depending on age, parts availability and service needs). Our Service Department is open during all dealership business hours, and we also offer fee-based pickup and delivery services.

Our cover shop makes custom boat covers, and can perform repairs on seats, upholstery, bimini tops and covers. In addition, our in-house fiberglass repair, gelcoat & paint shop is ready to repair or enhance your boat or vehicle's appearance. We also offer summarization, winterizations, shrink wrap, indoor and outdoor storage, and complete detailing services.

Hourly rate: $149* + shop supplies and tax (other charges may apply)

We require a minimum authorization of one hour ($149*) to diagnose and/or prepare an estimate for repair, even if the unit is within its warranty period. If repair will be covered by warranty, the customer incurs no diagnosis fee. If no defect is found or warranty coverage is declined by the manufacturer, diagnosis fee will be customer’s responsibility. If diagnosis and repair takes less than one hour, customer will be charged accordingly.

Model year limitations and deposit requirements:

Units older than 15 years will be accepted on a case-by-case basis (dependent on service volume, unit condition, current manufacturer support and potential parts availability), and may require a deposit before any work commences.
