Leaders RPM is a family business devoted to giving back for over 40 years. We believe that it is our responsibility to be a blessing to our community just as we have been blessed. We support individuals and organizations locally in West Michigan, nationally, and internationally. We have involvement with local, national and global organizations. We also are involved and support the marine, recreational, and powersports industries and their supporting organizations. We support teams in outdoor sports and recreation competitions. Individually, our team members also support charities and missions of their choosing, donating time, effort, and funds to where their heart calls them.

At Leaders RPM, you can expect our team of over 100+ outdoor enthusiasts who treat our community with the courtesy and respect each of us deserve. It is our people that make the difference. Leaders RPM believes in integrity, team work and innovation based on our core values of faith in God, America and family.

Each year we sponsor or donate to over 30 local community events, support outdoor enthusiast groups, donate to local causes and organizations with community service from our employees, manufacturer product and charity funds. We consider applications without regard to race, color, religion, creed, gender, national origin, age, disability, marital or veteran status, sexual orientation or any other legally protected status. Please Note: Due to the volume of requests we receive, the sponsorship review process may take 4-6 weeks. We will make every effort to respond to your request within that time frame.
